- Personal expenses on items such as Laundry, Soft & Hard Drinks, Bottled Water, Incidentals, etc.
📋 CANCELLATION POLICY
- Registration Charges: Registration charges are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Within 15 Days before start: 100% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 30 Days before start: 50% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 60 Days before start: 25% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Unforeseen Weather / Govt Restrictions: In case of weather anomalies or entry restrictions, alternate feasible activities will be arranged if possible. No refund will be provided for the same.
- Lockdown at Destination: In case of lockdown at destination, a credit shell will be issued (after deduction of IRCTC/Airline cancellation charges), valid for 365 days from issue date for the same number of persons across any future trip.
📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment Schedule: Full payment of the trip cost must be completed 7 days prior to trip departure. Pending payments may lead to trip cancellation.
- Hotel Check-in: Standard check-in time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is strictly subject to hotel room availability.
- Vehicle Operations: Vehicle provided as per itinerary (not at disposal). Vehicle AC will not operate on mountain/uphill roads.
- Force Majeure: Package rates are subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic jams, strikes, fairs, overbooking, flight rerouting/cancellation, or entry restrictions. Suitable alternate arrangements will be attempted, but no refund/compensation claims will be entertained.
- Conduct & Discipline: Misconduct, indiscipline, or physical/verbal assault towards the Tour Manager will result in immediate tour dismissal without refund.
- Breakdown & 4x4 Charges: In case of vehicle breakdown, travelers must wait for repair or alternate transport. Extra 4x4 pickup vehicles required due to heavy snow or jams must be paid extra by the client.
- Luggage & Personal Safety: Travelers are solely responsible for their luggage, belongings, theft, injuries, and compliance with laws (no banned substances).
- Punctuality: Departures are fixed on schedule (2 reminder calls provided). Missing the bus forfeits all refunds.
- No Alcohol/Smoking: Drinking or smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited. Misbehavior empowers the Trip Manager to cancel the trip on the spot.
- Virtual Tour Manager: A Virtual Travel Manager will be appointed for smooth coordination.
- Media Consent: Pixlo Holidays reserves the right to capture photos/videos during the tour for promotional purposes with participant consent.
