1. Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability. A token deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid as per the payment schedule outlined in our refund policy.

2. Travel Documents

Travelers must carry valid government-issued photo ID. For international travel, valid passport and required visas must be obtained by the traveler.

3. Itinerary Changes

Any changes to the itinerary will be treated as a new booking and may incur additional charges. The driver will follow predefined locations only.

4. Accommodation

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in depends on availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

Pixlo Holidays is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, landslides, political strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
